Job Responsibilities:
• Set high expectations so that all pupils are inspired, motivated and challenged to reach their full potential, and in doing so meet their progress and attainment targets.
• Plan and teach well-structured, differentiated lessons that are aligned to the agreed curriculum and lesson elements.
• Contribute to curriculum design and schemes of work and ensure they are completed to high standard.
• Provide frequent and incisive pupil feedback in line with school policy.

• Participate actively throughout the school by attending relevant meetings.

Requirements
• Qualified to teach and work in the China
• Degree in German or hold a teaching certificate in German.
• Exceptional subject knowledge
• Willingness to be flexible and support the school when needed
• Experience teaching AP and A-Level or equivalent at a International School overseas
• Be able to teach effectively across the full range of age and abilities
• Possess high expectations of students in relation to standards of achievement and behavior
• Have an active input in the creation, consistent implementation and improvement of schemes of work which encapsulate key school learning strategies
• A well-qualified and energetic profile.
