岗位职责：

1、游戏直播：在韩国主流直播平台进行游戏直播，展示并介绍公司即将在韩国上线的游戏产品，包括但不限于仙侠、策略、角色扮演等热门类型。
2、互动交流：用流利的韩语与韩国观众进行实时互动，解答游戏疑问，分享游戏心得，同时保持与团队内部正常的中文沟通，确保直播内容的顺利策划与执行。
3、文化传播：结合韩国本土文化，进行游戏内容的本地化讲解，增强与韩国用户的文化共鸣。
4、市场推广：通过直播活动，提升游戏品牌知名度，吸引更多韩国玩家关注并下载游戏。
任职要求：
接受精通韩语无工作经验的员工，符合下列条件的优先。
1、语言能力：精通韩语口语，能够轻松与韩国观众进行沟通交流；同时，具备正常的中文交流能力，能够与公司团队顺畅沟通。
2、游戏热爱：对游戏有浓厚兴趣，了解韩国游戏市场及用户喜好，对仙侠、策略、角色扮演等类型游戏有深入了解的优先。
3、直播经验：具备一定的直播经验，熟悉直播平台操作及直播流程，能够独立完成直播内容策划与执行。
4、文化认知：对韩国及中国文化有一定了解，能够结合游戏内容进行有趣的讲解与互动。
5、时间灵活：能够接受晚上或周末的直播时段，确保与韩国观众的时间匹配。

薪酬福利：
1、薪资：根据直播效果及经验，提供具有竞争力的时薪或月薪，时薪范围300-800元不等，日薪900-2400，另有丰厚奖金激励。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Game live broadcast: Conduct game live broadcast on mainstream live broadcast platforms in Korea, display and introduce the company's upcoming game products in Korea, including but not limited to popular genres such as Xianxia, strategy, and role-playing.
2. Interactive communication: Interact with Korea audience in real time with fluent Korean, answer game questions, share game experience, and maintain normal Chinese communication with the team to ensure the smooth planning and execution of live content.
3. Cultural communication: Combine the local culture of Korea to localize the game content and enhance the cultural resonance with Korea users.
4. Marketing: Enhance game brand awareness through live broadcast activities, attract more Korea players to pay attention to and download the game.

Qualifications:
Employees who are proficient in Korean and have no work experience will be accepted, and those who meet the following conditions will be preferred.
1. Language ability: proficient in spoken Korean and able to communicate with Korea audiences easily; At the same time, have normal Chinese communication skills and be able to communicate smoothly with the company's team.
2. Game love: Have a strong interest in games, understand the Korea game market and user preferences, and have an in-depth understanding of Xianxia, strategy, role-playing and other types of games is preferred.
3. Live broadcast experience: have certain live broadcast experience, be familiar with the operation of the live broadcast platform and live broadcast process, and be able to independently complete the planning and execution of live broadcast content.
4. Cultural cognition: Have a certain understanding of Korea and Chinese culture, and be able to combine game content for interesting explanations and interactions.
5. Flexible time: Able to accept live broadcast time in the evening or weekend to ensure that the time matches with the Korea audience.

1. Salary: According to the live broadcast effect and experience, we will provide competitive hourly or monthly salary, ranging from 300-800 yuan per hour, with a daily salary of 900-2400 yuan, and generous bonus incentives.
