About Company:
Founded by Zizhu High-tech Park, Shanghai Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School is a nine-year-through private school for primary and secondary education with around 1500 pupils and 185 staff faculties. The School is dedicated to provide diverse courses and development pathways, and now is a member of the East China Normal University Educational Organization and the research and practice center of the Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences for private compulsory education. Current two campuses: Zifenglu Campus and Tanjiatang Campus will be relocated to the Lanxianghu Lake Private Basic Education Park in 2025.

Responsibilities
1.Instruction Delivery
Plan and teach a variety of PE lessons that include sports skills (such as running, jumping, throwing), team sports (like basketball, soccer, volleyball), individual sports (e.g., gymnastics, badminton), and fitness activities (like aerobics, strength training).
Adapt teaching methods and activities to suit the age, ability, and physical condition of students in primary and middle school levels.
Use appropriate equipment and facilities safely and effectively to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure that each lesson has clear learning objectives and follows a structured progression to help students build on their skills.
2.Student Assessment
Design and conduct assessments to evaluate students' physical fitness levels, sports skills acquisition, and participation in PE classes.
Provide feedback to students on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and recognizing their achievements.
Keep records of students' progress in physical fitness and sports skills development for reporting purposes.
3.Classroom Management
Create a positive and safe learning environment in the gymnasium or outdoor sports area.
Set and enforce rules for behavior and equipment use to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Manage student groups effectively during activities, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
4.Curriculum Development
Collaborate with other PE teachers and school staff to develop and update the PE curriculum to meet educational standards and the needs of students.
Incorporate new sports trends and activities into the curriculum to keep it engaging and relevant.
Ensure that the curriculum includes elements of physical fitness, skill development, sportsmanship, and health education.
5.Extra-curricular Activities
Organize and supervise extra-curricular sports teams or clubs, providing students with opportunities for further sports participation and competition.
Encourage students to participate in school-wide sports events and competitions, promoting a sense of school spirit and healthy competition.
Plan and conduct sports camps or workshops during holidays or after school hours to enhance students' skills and interests.
6.Health and Safety
Ensure the safety of students during all PE activities by conducting regular equipment checks and maintaining a safe playing environment.
Teach students about proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, injury prevention, and first aid procedures related to sports.
Stay updated on the latest safety guidelines and regulations in sports and physical education and implement them in the classroom.

Qualifications
1.Educational Background
