Job Profile:

Foreign HR is hiring a Senior Sales Manager. This job is based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), and this manager will be in charge of the sales work for the Asian-Pacific region.


Job Details:

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Asia-Pacific market development (or global market), organization of research, forecasting, analysis and information feedback collection, identification and determination of customer needs, providing reliable marketing information and basis for product development, product realization and quality improvement; participate in the formulation of the department's annual business plan and objectives, supervise the implementation of the entire sales process and accomplish sales targets.

2. Participate in the development of the company's overseas market and product sales price system, the development of overseas sales promotion strategy, promotion policy, the organization of the development and implementation of marketing programs.
3. Organizing and coordinating after-sales service, enhancing customer satisfaction and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

4. Overseas sales team construction and planning, the implementation of internal staff deployment, training and assessment.

Requirements

1. Expatriates (Asian nationality preferred), full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, business administration and other related disciplines.

2. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used as working language, at least 3 years of work experience in the same position.
3. Industrial control products sales experience, familiarity with motor, fan products preferred.
4. Having keen market insight and market analysis ability, and having excellent team management ability is preferred.
